Lowman (November 16, 1897 – January 18, 1965) was an American Christian clergyman and a pioneering international radio evangelist beginning in 1930, following a successful business career.
He was called by contemporary newspapers "a noted preacher", whose "forceful sermons" addressed "timely and interesting topics".
His non-denominational radio ministry had a worldwide audience from the 1930s until 1965.
