- He most recently played for HC Sibir Novosibirsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL).
- He previously played for the New York Islanders and the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL).
- He was selected by the Senators in the second round (61st overall) of the 2011 NHL Entry Draft.
